State fees should be paid before of the permit for the pursuit of the activities related to poisonous substances issued.

Taxes, fees and contributions are paid into state budget collection accounts of State Tax Inspectorate Under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania:

Description of process for obtaining a service

1. Recipient of service submits application and documents.

2. Provider of service evaluates the submitted documents.

3. Provider of service performs inspection of conditions of the activities related to poisonous substances at the site of pursuit of the activities.

4. Recipient of service pays state fee.

5. Provider of service makes a decision about issuance of the permit and issues electronic permit.

6. Provider of service informs recipient of service about issuance of the permit.

8.

List of documents to be submitted to obtain a permit

1. An application for the issue of the permit to pursue the activities related to poisonous substances.

2. The document confirming representation of the person, where the person pursues activities through a representative.

3. The document/copy thereof attesting to the right to use the premises and/or construction works and/or land plot wherein the activities related to poisonous substances are planned to be pursued, except for the cases where these rights have, in accordance with the established procedure, been registered in the Register of Immovable Property or where these activities are pursued in the absence of a permanent site.

4. Safety data sheet for each poisonous substance planned to be manufactured, made available on the market or used.

5. Information on the quantity of each poisonous substance planned to be manufactured, made available on the market or used per year.

6. The documents/copies thereof attesting to conformity of the person’s competence to the requirements specified in Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on supervision of poisonous substances (other than a permit held by the competent person wherewith the natural person had an employment relationship).

7. The documents/copies thereof attesting to conformity of the person’s good repute to the requirements specified in Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on supervision of poisonous substances (a natural person coming to the Republic of Lithuania from another Member States to pursue the activities related to poisonous substances, a legal person or a division thereof established in another Member State which pursues in the Republic of Lithuania the activities related to poisonous substances).

Recipient of service has the right to submit a complaint to the Administrative Disputes Commission in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Administrative Dispute Commissions of the Republic of Lithuania and to the Administrative Court in accordance with the Law on Administrative Proceedings of the Republic of Lithuania.
