Description of process for obtaining a service

1. Recipient of service submits documents via Cargo and goods information system (KIPIS) or National vessel traffic monitoring information system (NLESIS)

1.1. KIPIS is used for submitting documents for ships coming to Klaipeda port, and NLESISis used for submitting documents for to Butinge port

2. Provider of service inspects the submitted documents

3. Provider of service issues permit for ships free practice in seaport via KIPIS and NLESIS systems by writing: “Free practice in seaport is granted”
