In the payment order, when paying taxes,fees and contributions to thebudget collection accounts of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, you have to indicate:

7. | Description of process for obtaining a service | 1. Recipient of service submits request to issue a certificate (or to extend it) 2. Provider of service inspects the submitted information 3. Provider of service agrees with the recipient of service on time and date of inspection of ship 4. Provider of service inspects ship and documents 4.1. ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate is issued when the ship is without cargo or there is only ballast or other material, which do not preclude to conduct detail inspectionand there are no regulation violations which may pose a risk to public health 4.2. ship Sanitation Control Certificate is issued when violations of regulation that may pose a risk to public health are found during inspection. Imposed, implemented control measures and dates of reinspection is noted on Ship Sanitation Control Certificate. If there are no possibilities for a ship to implement the control measures, the violations of regulation are indicated in the annex of Ship Sanitation Control Certificate. 4.3. term of certificate may be extended one time for one additional month, if inspection of the ship can’t be conducted or ifthere are no possibilities to implement the control measures 5.Provider of service informs recipient of service about the decision 6.
