3. Information validated by ward (eldership) on public expositions of report, including the address, beginning and end of the public exposition
4. All documents related tothe notification of citizens (publications in the media,copies of documents confirming the sending of registered letters, information onpublic expositions of report, protocol of meeting of reports introduction to citizens, copies of suggestions from citizens, responses to suggestions from citizens, document of evaluation of suggestions from citizens
