What should I do if have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 and have received a SMS message but I have been vaccinated according to the full vaccination schedule* more than 120 days ago and I have not received a booster shot?
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SELF-ISOLATE.
1. You are required to complete the questionnaire received by a SMS message.
2. You are required to self-isolate until a negative PCR test, which should be taken no earlier than on the 3rd day after exposure or as in usual case of high-risk exposure (self-isolation for 10 days with a possibility to shorten self-isolation by taking a PCR test no earlier than on the 7th day of self-isolation with negative result thereof):
a) You can register through the 1808.lt system by selecting "Persons who have arrived from abroad or those willing to shorten self-isolation, for self-isolated persons”.
b) After receiving a negative PCR test result, you must to submit the electronic application at https://nvsc.lrv.lt/shorten-1
*Full vaccination schedule means that 14 days after COVID-19 vaccine dose have passed: after the second dose when vaccination schedule consists of two vaccine doses, after one dose when vaccination schedule consists of one vaccine dose, after at least one vaccine dose when vaccine was administered to a recovered from COVID-19 person and diagnosis was confirmed by a positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR test.
