May I go for a walk during self-isolation period?

Persons that have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 (coronavirus infection), who do not show signs of an acute viral respiratory infection may go for a walk in the field within 1 km of the self-isolation place and wearing protective equipment (face masks, respirators or other means) fitting tightly and covering the nose and mouth while avoiding any contact with other persons. It is forbidden to visit mass gathering places (events, shops, museums, catering places, etc.). If the person is contacted by officials inspecting isolated persons for compliance with self-solation requirements, the person must return to the self-isolation place.
