What are the requirements for people arriving from European countries?

From  15th February 2022,  for persons arriving from countries of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland,  the United Kingdom, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Holy See:

•    the requirement to complete the Registration Form does not apply;
•    the requirement to have a negative test result does not apply if a person does not meet the disease / vaccination criteria;
•    self-isolation does not apply.
