Is there a requirement for testing for persons in transit through Lithuania?

Those transiting trough the Republic of Lithuania with only essential stops (such as refuelling or for hygiene purposes) in the Republic of Lithuania are exempt from testing requirement. This exemption will apply when the purpose of the journey is not necessarily related to the performance of work functions.
