Is it necessary to apply for a new permit-hygiene passport after the reconstruction or repair work of the premises where economic/ commercial activities are carried out?

A natural person, a legal entities or a branch that holds a permit-hygiene passport, upon completion of reconstruction or repair work of the premises where economic/commercial activities are carried out which require the procedure of acceptance as fit for use, must immediately apply to the authority issuing permits-hygiene passports for the issuance of a new permit-hygiene passport (PHP).
