ISOLATION EXEMPTIONS

Self-isolation is not mandatory and the Isolation Rules  do not apply to the following people who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 (coronavirus infection):

 1. high-performance athletes, specialists of high-performance sports, instructors of high-performance sports, sports medical staff participating in the international tournaments for the organization of which separate international rules on COVID-19 disease (coronavirus infection) management have been established and approved;
2. The isolation of the following persons who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) shall be decided on an individual basis in accordance with the algorithms set out in the Annexes to the Isolation Rules:


•    Isolation of persons who have recovered from COVID-19 disease (coronavirus infection) or who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with the vaccination schedule and who do not fall under the Sub-paragraphs 13.2.1 – 13.2.7 of the Isolation Rules shall be decided in accordance with the algorithm set out in the Annex no 8 to the Isolation Rules ;
•    Isolation of the following categories of persons who have recovered from COVID-19 disease(coronavirus infection) or who  have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) in accordance with the vaccination schedule shall be decided in accordance with the algorithm set out in the Annex no 6 to the Isolation Rules :


13.2.1. staff of the healthcare institutions and institutions providing supportive treatment and nursing services;   
13.2.2. recipients of the supportive treatment and nursing services
13.2.3. staff of the social care institutions;
13.2.4. persons living in the social care institutions;
13.2.5. staff of the incarceration facilities;
13.2.6. inmates of the incarceration facilities;
13.2.7. persons with immunosuppression.
